What we keep in Bermondsey

Trade Stock, Not Retail Shelves

On a normal weekday the bench holds active dry ale yeast cases, BN-Clear 25 finings, yeast nutrients, sterile bottles, sample labels and enough courier packaging to keep chilled yeast cold overnight.

Orders before 13:00 on stock dry yeast and finings ship the same working day. Minimum order is £150 ex VAT for delivery, or £40 ex VAT for Bermondsey collection.

If it is not labelled with batch, tank, gravity and date, it is not a sample. It is just beer in a bottle.

How breweries use us

Four Jobs We Do Without Theatre

Weekly Supply

Dry yeast cases, finings and nutrient additions are packed against your brew plan, not against a consumer shopping basket.

Emergency Yeast

Emergency call-outs are accepted until 15:00 on weekdays if stock is physically in Bermondsey and the delivery route is sane.

Pre-pack QA

Cell counts, forced fermentation, pH, gravity checks and full micro screens before beer leaves tank and becomes a harder problem.

Seasonal Planning

Liquid pitch coordination for seasonal and lager strains when your brew date is fixed and the yeast needs to arrive alive.

Founder note

Martin Vale founded Brew Nutrition in Bermondsey in 2016 after too many small breweries asked for yeast and finings in quantities that made sense for real 5 hl to 60 hl brew lengths. The company still sounds like him: label the sample, write the tank number down, order the spare brick before you need it.
